SERVICE POLICY
It is with confidence that all services and products at Jon English Salons are guaranteed. We will exchange or issue a credit for any unused merchandise. Additionally, we are pleased to provide a one week service adjustment period to ensure your complete satisfaction.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer our clients walk–in appointment or appointment by reservation. To ensure optimal appointment availability for our clients, we kindly request a 24 hour minimum rescheduling notice. All no-show appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be charged in full. Some appointments need to be guaranteed in advance, by credit card in full. Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice are non-refundable. Special provisions for large groups and wedding parties can be facilitated by our special events coordinator.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
It is our intention to keep our appointments timely. Due to the nature of our business, appointments are guidelines and your patience is appreciated. Please allow us enough time to create excellence, your service will never be rushed.

PATCH TEST
To ensure the highest level of professional service we request a patch test 24 hour prior to all color services performed at the Jon English Salon.

CLIENT GOWNS
We ask you to wear the client gown provided to avoid soiled or damaged clothing. Additionally,
we suggest keeping all valuables with you during your appointment. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

SALON SAFETY
For the safety and comfort of all our guests we respectfully request that children are not left unattended, must be accompanied by a second adult, and stay in the reception area. The
client receiving the service is the only person permitted on the styling floor.

MULTIPLE TALENTS
We are a professional beauty team and welcome clients to work with all members of our staff. If
you would like a different point of view, or if it is more convenient to work with another team member, please feel free to use all of our talents.
